Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

1. Scope and Overview

Ingenious Dataworks, Inc. (“IGD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software company that provides technology and services for organizing unstructured data and supporting AI-ready workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website, business communications, marketing, and our WynnoIQ and other products and services.

This policy distinguishes information IGD collects for its own website and business activities from information customers submit to or process through IGD products. When IGD processes Customer Data on a customer’s behalf, the applicable customer agreement and product documentation govern that processing; where required by law or agreed with the customer, a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) will apply. Customers may request the DPA from IGD.

2. Information We Collect

Website inquiries. If you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect the first name, last name, and email address you provide. The form is not intended to collect sensitive personal information. If you email us or communicate with us directly, we may process the information and attachments you choose to provide.

Business and event communications. If you communicate with IGD or Put Data First, inquire about our software, register for or ask about an event, or participate in business activities, we may process contact details and the information you provide in that interaction.

Website and device information. When you visit our website, Vercel, our website hosting and infrastructure provider, may process technical information associated with requests to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the website. Depending on configuration, this may include IP address, request and log information, browser or device information, timestamps, and security or performance diagnostics.

Analytics information. We plan to use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to measure website traffic and engagement. Depending on the implementation and settings, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate geographic region, browser and device details, referral information, usage events, and cookie or online identifiers. Google Analytics commonly uses first-party cookies, including a cookie such as “_ga,” to distinguish browsers or users for analytics reporting. We will configure and use Analytics consistent with applicable law and our stated purposes.

Customer data. When customers use WynnoIQ or other IGD products, we may process documents, content, extracted information, and other data submitted by or on behalf of those customers (“Customer Data”) to provide, secure, maintain, and support the relevant service. The nature of Customer Data depends on the customer’s use and the applicable agreement.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries and demo requests; provide information about IGD software, WynnoIQ, and related offerings; promote Put Data First conferences and events; send business and marketing communications; operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website; understand website traffic and visitor engagement through Google Analytics; administer business relationships; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not knowingly send names, email addresses, or other information that directly identifies a person to Google Analytics. Do not place personal information in URLs, page titles, event names, or other Analytics fields. We do not use Google Analytics for targeted advertising unless we update our practices and disclosures as required.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Choices

Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to measure website usage. Depending on the implementation and settings, it may collect pages viewed, interactions, referral information, browser and device details, approximate geographic region, and online identifiers. We intend to use Google Analytics for website measurement, not targeted advertising.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and may use Google’s available Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect analytics measurements. If applicable law requires prior consent for analytics cookies or similar technologies, IGD will configure an appropriate consent mechanism before those technologies activate.

Vercel provides website hosting and cloud infrastructure for the website. Based on IGD’s current plan, Vercel is used for hosting and delivery; IGD does not intend to use it as a website analytics provider. Google Analytics is used for website measurement. Google Gmail is used for email, and Mailchimp is used to distribute email announcements about IGD software and Put Data First conferences and events. Each provider may process information as needed to provide its service.

5. Email Marketing

We may use contact information to send information about IGD software and Put Data First conferences, events, and related business offerings. Marketing emails are distributed using Mailchimp and include an unsubscribe method. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us at Privacy@PutDataFirst.com. We may retain limited suppression information so that we can honor your opt-out.

6. How We Disclose Information

IGD may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), website analytics (Google Analytics), email services (Google Gmail), and marketing email distribution (Mailchimp). These providers may process information on IGD’s behalf or as described in their own service terms and settings. IGD may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, support a corporate transaction, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

IGD does not sell personal information for money. IGD does not intend to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not intend to use Google Analytics for targeted advertising. However, some disclosures or technology configurations may be treated as “sharing” under certain privacy laws. If applicable law treats the configuration as sale or sharing, IGD will provide required notices and opt-out controls.

7. California Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies only to businesses that meet its coverage requirements. If the CCPA applies to IGD, California residents may have rights, subject to exceptions and verification requirements, to know/access personal information, request deletion, request correction, receive information about categories of sources, purposes, and recipients, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights.

To submit a privacy request, contact Privacy@PutDataFirst.comor write to Ingenious Dataworks, Inc., 530 Technology Dr, Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92618. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to understand and, where required, verify it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law and subject to required verification. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Where applicable, we will process valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as required by law. If our use of Google Analytics or another technology constitutes a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, we will provide the legally required notice and opt-out mechanism before or when required.

8. Retention

IGD generally retains demo inquiry and business contact information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an ongoing business relationship, a requested follow-up, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Marketing contacts may be removed or suppressed sooner if they unsubscribe or are no longer needed. IGD may retain limited suppression records to honor unsubscribe requests.

For Google Analytics, IGD intends to use a 14-month user and event data retention setting where available and appropriate, subject to the settings and controls offered by Google Analytics. Aggregate reports may persist after underlying user-level data expires. Technical logs are retained according to the relevant hosting, security, and operational settings and only as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Customer Data processed through IGD software is retained and deleted according to the applicable customer agreement, service configuration, and any applicable DPA. A DPA may address processing instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, assistance with privacy requests, security-incident notification, and return or deletion of personal data.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website and business services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or communications may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. IGD is not responsible for third-party privacy practices outside our control.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and revise the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
